Delivery & Returns
These terms apply to orders from Top-Notch Wardrobes placed through this website or on WhatsApp.
Placing and confirming an order
- When you send your order on WhatsApp, we confirm that the items and sizes are available, your delivery fee and the total to pay.
- Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment by bank transfer into the account we send you on WhatsApp. Please only pay into that account.
- Prices on the website are in Naira (₦). If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before you pay.
Delivery
- We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Your delivery fee depends on your location and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
- We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days within Delta State and 3–7 working days to other states.
- We share your rider's or courier's details on WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.
- Please check your items when they arrive and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered.
Exchanges and returns
- If a size doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size or item within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging.
- For size exchanges, you cover the delivery cost of sending the item back and of the replacement.
- If we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, we will replace it and cover all delivery costs.
What can't be returned
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered (including trouser hemming or jacket adjustments done at your request).
- Made-to-measure or custom-ordered pieces, unless they arrive faulty.
Refunds
- We normally offer an exchange or store credit.
- If an item is faulty or wrong and we can't replace it, we refund you in full by bank transfer within 7 working days of receiving the item back.
Venue Concept Bookings
These terms apply to stage design, decoration, screen and LED setups and other services from Top-Notch Venue Concept.
- Quotes: every quote is based on the details you give us and is valid for 14 days.
- Securing your date: a 50% deposit confirms your booking. Your date is only held once the deposit is received.
- Balance: the remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before setup begins.
- Changes: changes to the design or scope after booking may change the price; we agree any change with you in writing on WhatsApp first.
- Cancellations: if you cancel more than 14 days before the event, your deposit can be moved to a new date within 6 months. Within 14 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable because materials and crew will already be committed.
- Venue access: please make sure we have access to the venue for setup and take-down at the agreed times.
- Our items: decor, screens and equipment remain our property. Damage or loss caused by guests or the venue will be charged at replacement cost.
Privacy Policy
Top-Notch Shemen Global ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- The details you give us when you order, request a quote or message us: your name, phone number, delivery address, state, and, if you choose, your email address and notes.
- The messages you send us on WhatsApp or by phone.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver and support your orders and bookings, and to reply to your questions.
- To send you new arrivals, offers and event inspiration, but only if you ask to join our WhatsApp updates. Reply STOP at any time to be removed.
Who we share it with
- Delivery riders and courier companies, only the details needed to deliver your order.
- We never sell your personal information.
Where it is kept
- Your orders and messages are kept in our WhatsApp and business records. This website itself does not store your details on a server.
- Your shopping bag and order references are saved only in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back. You can clear them by clearing your browser's site data.
- The website loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and Cloudflare, which receive your device's internet address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep order and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you updates. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
